1. Information We May Process

• Account information such as email address, username, display name, and a country or region selected by the user.
• Sign-in information received from identity providers when you choose Apple or Facebook sign-in.
• Gameplay information such as match results, ratings, XP, progress, and stages.
• In-app economy information such as points, purchases, unlocked items, and transaction records needed for fraud and duplicate-prevention controls.
• Content you submit through community features, including public, direct, and group messages where available.
• Technical and advertising data that may be processed by Google AdMob, such as device information, advertising identifiers, and ad interaction data, subject to consent settings and applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, save gameplay progress, provide community features, process points and purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, improve performance, and display advertising when enabled and permitted by the user's privacy choices.

3. Advertising and Google AdMob

Royal Chess may use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may process technical and advertising data according to the user's settings and applicable law.

The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent messages or privacy options where required. The app checks UMP consent state before requesting ads.

Rewarded ads are optional, and a reward is granted only after the required ad experience is completed.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase for account data, databases, and backend services.
• Google AdMob and Google UMP for advertising and advertising privacy controls.
• Apple for Sign in with Apple, Game Center, and in-app purchases where applicable.
• Meta when Facebook Login is used.
• The email delivery provider used for system, confirmation, and recovery emails.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Purchases and Points

Digital purchases in the iOS app are processed through Apple systems where applicable. Royal Chess keeps records necessary to verify transactions, credit points, and prevent duplicate processing. In-app points are not cash and cannot be withdrawn for money.

6. Community and Messaging

Message text may be checked against safety rules to block certain harmful or prohibited content. Connections to backend services are protected with HTTPS/TLS. We do not describe chats as end-to-end encrypted unless that feature is expressly provided in the app.

7. Data Retention

We retain information as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, process purchases, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type and function, and some chat data may be deleted automatically according to app settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can edit certain account details in the app, sign out, and use advertising privacy options when available. For access, correction, or deletion requests related to your account, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify the identity of the requester before completing certain requests.

10. Children

Royal Chess should be used in accordance with age and consent requirements that apply in the user's country and on the platform from which the app is obtained. If we learn that information was collected in a way that does not comply with applicable legal requirements, we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when app features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
